I can't thank Martyn enough.What a lovely man and so easy to talk to. I have been struggling for a couple of years now with trying to lose the extra pounds since menopause weight gain. I had a hypnosis session today with Martyn to help with my fear of flying — something I’ve struggled with for a long time. Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect and felt a bit skeptical going in. But with a family holiday coming up, I knew it was time to face it.

Can honestly say, that martin is an amazing person & such a caring & skilled person. I have only seen him twice so far at the moment & I'm feeling so much better after my treatment for severe anxiety, depression & panic disorder. I'm finally getting my life back. Everyday feels so much better & I can highly recommend this hypnotherapy treatment. I am 70 years old and I have have a Weight problem. All my life tried every Diet going but non-worked it all went back on,
